The controller of personal data is NISA FOOD, s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 23485001, registered office Husova 23/9, Liberec I-Staré Město, 460 01 Liberec, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, section C, file 54282 ("we"). We operate the ZUZU Kebab restaurant at Husova 23/9, Liberec.

2. What data we process on this website

The website zuzukebab.cz provides information about our menu, opening hours and restaurant. It contains no forms, requires no registration and uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools.

When you visit the website, the hosting provider may automatically process technical data in server logs: IP address, date and time of access, browser and device type, and the page visited.

• Purpose: operating the website and keeping it available and secure.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Phone orders

If you call us to order food, we process your phone number, name and order details so we can prepare and hand over your order.

• Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Retention: as long as needed to complete the order, or as long as the law requires (for example accounting rules).

4. Recipients and processors

• Website hosting: Render Services, Inc. The website runs on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). The provider is based outside the EU; any transfer of data outside the EU takes place under appropriate safeguards according to Chapter V GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses).
• Map links: links to Mapy.com and Google Maps open websites of other operators. Once you click, you leave our website and the privacy policy of that operator applies.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention

Server logs are kept as long as needed to operate and secure the website, according to the hosting provider's settings.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability where it applies.
